help staining Wood legs

Hello all, I have a sofa whose legs are stained coffee bean color and trying to order a love seat matches the sofa. But the store only has mocha stained legs .
What is the best DIY or cheap way to stain the new mocha legs as coffee bean? Please advise

If the new legs are wood, then sand them down really well and get the top coat finish off, and then put the coffee bean stain on, and a new top coat. Mocha is lighter than coffee bean, so it should work out fine. If you need to, you can even add another coat of stain, if you need it darker. Going from coffee bean to mocha would be harder than going from mocha to coffee bean. Just make sure you get all the top coat off the legs before restaining.
