What furniture layout would you recommend?

I have a 110 year old house with two massive pocket doors in the living room, a fireplace and a bay window. There are practically no walls. We are a larger family, 3 kids, 3 dogs. When we have anyone over I dont know how to seat them in this room. I have tried a 3 seater in the bay window and a sprinkling of chairs everywhere else. I have also tried the 3 seater couch blocking one of the pocket doors and closing the doors so it acts more like a wall. In that configuration I can fit a 3 seater coach and a loveseat but it is odd to have a couch blocking one of the main openings in a room. What would anyone recommend for furniture placement to seat a larger group of people? The pictures below show how it was staged when we bought it but like that it barely seats anyone. I have a couch in the same place (the bay window) and a loveseat blocking the wall perpendicular to it but its not pretty... The tv is currently on a table between the built ins but there is also a place for it to fit inside the left built in. I just cant figure out how to make it feel comfortable to have the tv in a corner with the fireplace diagonally in the opposite side of the room. The fireplace has a builtin morrow above it so I can't put the tv above it either. What would you recommend for furniture and tv placement
