Albany Park Sectional Reviews?

We are thinking about getting this Albany Park sectional for our living room. Since we aren’t local to the company, we can’t see it in person before purchase, so I’m looking for reviews.

    I wouldn't go by reviews, no one else's back and derriere are like yours.

    Please only buy something you've tried out.

    And that goes for more than sectionals.

    Do not buy from this company. The couch I received had multiple issues including it being completely crooked. When I tried to return it I was forced to pay almost $200 for the return fees even though it was broken. Their return policy does state this but it also says "Damaged or defective items are not subject to return fees" That was a blatant lie...basically threw away $200 because I did not want to keep a broken, crooked couch.

    Wouldn’t recommend. The couch was not comfortable and came damaged. Then the return process was a miserable experience.

    I would agree that this is a horrible and incompetent company. I order an sofa and two Ekaabo chairs. The items were delivered on July 27, 2021 without legs. I contacted customer service on August 1, 2021, and to inquire about the missing items being expedite or overnight the legs but was informed that I would have to wait about a week for the legs. Upon arrival the shipment on August 7, 2021, only the legs for the sofa were delivered. I followed up with customer services who apologized and stated that the legs for the two chairs would be shipped on Monday, August 9, 2021. I sent several emails to verify that shipment would include 8 legs for the chairs on August 10, 2021. I was assured by John Ledesma that the shipment would included two sets of legs for the armchairs. On Friday, August 13, 2021, the shipment arrived with only one set of legs. At this point I’m not sure if I’m being pranked, discriminated against or this company is just that incompetent. No customer should have to experience this level of incompetency.     Really bad experience with them so far. The website stated our order would ship 3 days after ordering. It has now been 81 days and i still dont have a couch. They also only publish positive reviews on their website. Beware Beware!!!

    In our opinion, this is the worst company we have ever dealt with - none of their policies have been followed. Trying to return a blue velvet armless chair that is faded out (probably one someone else returned) and does not match the other chairs in the Kova set - 9 days later after numerous calls and emails - no assistance to return one chair out of nine boxes. You cannot reach them by phone either! No customer should have to experience this level of incompetency. We will never buy or recommend this company to anyone.

    Wish I had seen this thread before I ordered my couch too. We had to wait an extra month on top of the extended time it was going to take to ship. I understand they can't control that but when the couch





    arrived it's a completely different fabric than what is advertised in the Pictures. And for whatever reason you can't even order a swatch in the color I bought. The one I received is more of a chenille soft shiny fabric and the website has more of a herringbone sturdy fabric?? Hoping to hear from customer service soon

    FO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! No customer service, shipping times are lies, and they have no accounting department to get you a return. DO NOT DONIT!!

    I just started dealing with them. I can't put my couch together because none of the triangular brackets slide in completely. Not one out of 12. They need to be curved to slide in all the way and some are practically flat. Was told to send a video, which I did. Now I've been told they're waiting on the Production Team to decide how to fix it. I told them in my first email, please send me 12 brackets that fit! I can tell it's going to be a long process ...

    Bad experience. I ordered the park sofa. All the parts were there but after I assembled it, I realized the size was completely off by up to 3" shorter than the description, both length and depth. Secondly, it was the most uncomfortable sofas I ever sat on. It is rock hard and slanted forward. Maybe their sectionals are more comfortable but this one is terrible. Customer service was quick to react but they are still not willing to wave the return fee. If the sofa is way smaller than advertised, then product is defective, how can you justify this? It doesn't matter that it is affordable, it should fit the description. I would not buy from them again.

    I am sorry to read these reviews here. There are hundreds on their site that are wonderful....I am now confused. I love their styles and colors.

    They filter and edit their reviews. Their customer service is a nightmaew The furniture construction is cheap amd poorly made with exposed brackets, uneven bunchy stitching and lumpy uncomfortable cushions. the furniture is way overpriced for the quality amd there is no recourse. if you choose to buy, document all communication and only use credit card that backs up your ypur purchase- returns are nearly impossible and you are charged a $200 fee
