We have it in Durango, currently only in the pantry, tho will be whole house eventually. Haven’t had any issues with it. It’s pretty. You could also get a hold of Alan at weshipfloors and talk to him about SuperCore. That was the flooring I originally wanted but husband didn’t want to buy online. Alan’s incredibly nice and helpful, and SuperCore has a lot of offerings.

If you are talking about vinyl, you are going to have issues in a sun room. I would estimate 99% of all vinyl floors have issues with DIRECT sunlight AND direct heat (which comes with direct sunlight).

One of the ONLY WAYS you can prevent this issue = NEW WINDOWS with 75% - 95% UV block (they also have IR block to the same level...but who's counting). OOOOOOR.....heavy black out blinds.

Those are the installation instructions. Interestingly enough they are allowed to be exposed to 140F BUUUUUUT infloor radiant heat cannot exceed 85F. Hmmmmmm that sounds weird!

Remember these floors are NOT water proof (as a whole floor). The planks are water proof but the CLICK system can allow fluids (bodily or otherwise) to seep into the subfloor.

If you have rescue pups that are runny at both ends, you want sheet vinyl.
