Consumer Reports has ratings (http://www.consumerreports.org/join - $10/month digital. Follow up with owners' reviews on sites such as Home Depot and Best Buy.

I like Bosch for DW. I would go with them on a range as well. I had their induction cooktop and electric wall ovens. I don't know about their refrigerators these days. That seems like a tricker purchase. My inclination would be KA. Find some models you like and the check out any threads here about customer experiences, or start a thread with the appliances you are thinking of getting.

Remember, you will find more complaints than compliments online. People gripe when things don't work. They expect things to work, so no comments there ;-)

You can also review comparisons at YalrAppliance.com, where KA dishwashers have markedly improved over previous years. To be safe, I'd take some dishes, etc. to the showroom to see how your items fit in the various machines (no bad surprises, this way).
