chair rail dilemma

I'm installing chair rail and base boards up my stairs. There is one corner that is bothering me and I'm not sure how to transition both my baseboards and my chair rail in the corner. I cant find any thing that has a similar situation. I just finished redoing me y banister and I want to do this before ordering new carpet.
