My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What color stain is on the newel post?

    Hi Ashley, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately this project was before our files went digital. I can tell you that the newel is made of mahogany and we believe the stain to be MinWax English Chestnut. Hope this helps and good luck with your project!
