If, the height of the subfloor and sleepers are equal. You can just install onto the subfloor. The hardwood will be flush to each other.

Sleepers and underlayment that’s under carpet seem to be same thickness 3/4.

Worst case 1/16-1/32 inch dif. Worth tearing out and doing new sleepers or just lay it and let that 32nd of an inch sand out

Just sand out the difference and lay the flooring. It's a waste of time to redo the sleepers. You will en up with the same result. Just make sure it is not loose. If so, screw it down.
