Help droopy monstera

I just got this 4 foot monstera deliciosa last week. It stayed in a warehouse for 3 days with a plastic over it. When I received it, it had a few black spots on the leaves. When I repotted it the next day, I noticed it was potted in wet leaves. I removed all the leaves, and repotted it in cactus soil and worm castings. I cut off some of the roots that looked black.To me it's looking a little sad. I have it in front of the window, it gets east sun...about 2 hours of sun in the morning. I've only had it for 10 days so far. Any ideas of how I can get it to perk up. I don't want to loose it.Thank you for your tips! Appreciate it tons!!
