I'm working on a living room (18x19, bachelor pad). My dilemma is that he has the sofa pushed all the way back agains't the wall, which is too far from the television. I want to pull it forward, to define the space, but now i have an awkward 5-6 feet behind the sofa, that he feels needs to be usable. He's not really fond a a decorated sofa table.... I need some creative ideas of what I could put back there (he is 30) that could be functional, but take up some space as well. :) Thank You
