We just recently purchased a garrison colonial and it needs major updating...esp recladding the entire house which is now in aluminum siding that is falling off ...and in the placement of the front door and finally, the stair way to the second floor which is like 30 inches from the current front door and very narrow and dark..looking for interesting ways people have made their updates...
