Dungeness from Alaska is available year round, I believe.

Those rice noodle rolls are one of my Spouse's favorite dim sum! He loves them pan-fried with a hoisin dip. The old-style Cantonese name is "chee
cheong fun", with "fun" pronounced like a double "oo" as in 'moon'.

jakkom, thank you. Dungeness crabs are available mostly in Asian markets. I have never seen them in regular supermarkets here in NYC. Very expensive food at $16 a lb. $16/lb fresh with 25% meat yield after cooking comes to about $64 for a lb of meat.
