Please help with corner of Master Bath
I am remodeling my master bath and removed a large jacuzzi from the corner. Now, I don’t know what to do in this corner. I am considering adding teak or bamboo items to add warmth to the black and white, ie., maybe a teak mat in front of the shower or natural oak floating shelves (2 or 3) on the wall from the window to the mirror, where the picture is now. The picture on the wall is coming down as I don’t like it anymore. Also, should I paint the walls white or a darker grey or leave them the light grey they are now? I am also going to change the glass in the window to impact hurricane glass in the Spring and get rid of that ugly block glass. Thank you so much for any help you can give me.
The dimensions are:
Window = 48” wide
Wall with window = 60”
Wall with picture = 53”

The door next to the shower is to a small room with the toilet and to the right of that room is a tall cabinet. Linda, your suggestion is definitely doable. This home is in Florida and we’re only here during the winter months. We don’t actually need any more storage, and I’m not sure I would get enough light in that area because the impact window would be opaque, since it’s a bathroom.
