Many say that seating can be pulled away from the wall, and if yours gets cold, that makes sense even... but if sofa was against wall -- would you like tv to be inside/hidden, with wall of cabinets there instead?

I'm sure you've thought of pony wall if needed at any of the posts. Or better yet, an actual bar look with stools facing the tv.

Use accent material on the side facing sofa-seating. Pendants nice in middle of room for ambient.

What's the long rectangle at the right corner in wet bar area? could the sink work on that wall also?

Options -- do you like hanging clothes like I do - after removing halfway through dryer cycle? Could buy the caster type to hang long length pants/dresses...

- I love the look of the built ins for the tv - I think I saved that a similar pic saved as inspo for this project!

- I typically hate the look of pony walls but i think the dark paint and detail makes them look much classier in your example- will have to consider!

If you would, so I don't have to post several photos here - can you click on my username, and see there my "dealing with tv" -- not experts necessarily have built many types to hide tv... maybe that's not a priority, but seems a good time to consider.

Wall of lowers less wide, would you use drying rack, or 3-section hamper? I have used those to make it easier. Has flat for sweater, hanger for jacket, etc... they sell larger one:
