We added a security pad and automatic locking function to our side garage door. It is great - my son knows the key pad should be ever get locked out and allows us to give out the code if we wish without making a key for someone. You can also set up a temporary code. I think purchased at Home Depot and installed by my husband. I’m not sure if that is what you are asking. There are ones that can be locked using your phone etc. But ours is not fancy.

What are you calling a security door? Most of the ones I have seen are made to accept standard locks so any electronic lock would work as well.

This is what I'm referring to as a security door. The manufacturer for this said the lock holes are different so a number key pad lock won't fit
