The pictures aren't good enough but neither looks remotely like a silverfish.

Look up carpet beetles and their larvae and see if that's what you found in the bed.

I'm very convinced the bottom picture is a silverfish nymph, here is more pictures of a different silverfish from the other day, same room.

These are definitely not beetles.

The larva looks very similar to a dermestid (larder) beetle larvae. They can come initially from outdoors but are very commonly found indoors. Inspect any dried food or natural cloth for damage.

Neither this nor silverfish are biting bed pests, I would hang on to the bed.

Unfortunately too late for better photo of larvae I got scared waking up to it next to my pillow so I took the quick pic and took it to the trash. I've already gotten rid of the bed because as I mentioned above I slept on it for a long time without bed covers which obviously results in dead cells and dirt on the bed which started attracting these and even spiders sometimes. I've been living in the same place for over 7 years and this is the first time I have ever come across a silverfish or this larvae in all my 7 years here so I am convinced that it is my stupid choice that resulted in that. What do you guys think? I'm really out of options on guessing what's causing this, I've cleaned up the room numerous times like a freak, I don't eat here often and there's nothing to attract them. Granted I do work and study a lot with papers and books and obviously I have clothes but that's just the normal stuff.

Just vacuum often and don't worry about it. :)

And put some sort of sheets and bed pads on your bed and wash them often.

Clean your room.

Then contact pest control.

Change sheats often.

Then your Free of those nasty bugs

The picture shows a silver fish...looks exactly lke one...is one.

They like moisture andw ill live on shed skin cells. Get a dehumidifier and a new mattress and use a bed pad which is regularly laundered and sheets.

I think they are in paper. I have never seen them in my house until I started going through old books and sheet music kept in book shelves and cabinets. I've never seen them in the house but when going through books I found them inside the books and sheet music. Freaked me out and I threw everything out.

They eat cellulose...paper...rayon and cotton fabrics. I have had one get into a picture frame and make holes in the picture.

Mmmm they do like paper and the paste used in old books. They also like dog food. (the photos in the original post don't look especially silverfishy. The follow up..yeah. But the first image looks like a carpet beetle larva.)
