3 Air Conditioner quotes. What do they mean

I need to replace our 1992 whole house air conditioner. I received 3 quotes. I understand the difference between the 13 Seer and the 16 Seer. I don't understand the difference between a case A Coil and a Plenum Adapter.
The 1st quote does not provide much info - just that it's a Goodman 13 Seer unit.
The 2nd give 2 Seer options and a few more detail (Plenum, pad, and drain.
The 3rd guy was here the longest and said some ductwork needs to be replaced and his quote includes a cased A Coil.
Can anyone provide guidance on these 3 quotes. If it matters the house is 3,300 SF in western PA so we do use the air conditioner often in the summer.
