PLanning on adding on to back of this duplex, but front needs to look updated and and little grander.....800K new 5000sf duplexes sprinkled in neighborhood. Any "economical" ideas? Even looked at adding a garage to front with second floor addition over that and into a little of house, but have large tree and set back problems. Would go into current house.
