We are a general contractor company working on several single-family residential houses located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We need to obtain a city permit for pool construction for two of our projects.

The pools are identical. They are in-ground concrete pools, 7'-8''x43'-7'', with perimeter 125 ft, volume 12,557 gal, surface 394 sf, and depth 4' to 4'-7''.

The permit plans are ready, and we have staff that is capable of carrying out the work under a licensed pool contractor's supervision.
