I'm noticing that my bamboo palm leaves are completely drying out. The stalks are brown and some of the tips are turning brown also (some of the tips in the photos are brown because my cat has bit them, but I am referring to the leaves that haven't been touched by my cat). There seems to be some new growth still but I've found myself pulling off so many dried dead leaves lately. I only water about every 2-3 weeks as it is in a room with very low light and located about 10-15 ft from the nearest window. It is in a clay pebble and soil medium and is located next to a humidifier. I got a grow light about a week ago that I thought would help but it seems that it is getting worse. I paid close to $100 for the palm so I would really love to save it. Please help!
