The flips around here are white, black, wood. So white stucco, black garage door and fascia/gutters and other trim, and the wood colored cement roof, maybe? Your house would pop a little vs blend in with the desert, but then the greenery would pop off the white house background. And the black could be charcoal but whichever you choose, paint today holds color very well so no worries there. I have never seen navy painted stucco but I have seen a lot of navy houses and navy is the color wheel opposite of your roof. So that is also an option. Navy Oasis in the desert. Not a pro.

I think with the style of the house a white would look great, also think some bougainvillea and other Mediterranean plants in the planter would finish it off nicely. Tough choice, good luck!

Off white would be a classic look. If you like a southwest look, try turquoise trim with the off white. If you prefer a quieter look, use brown trim.

If you prefer some color, consider sage green with off white trim.
