So do you want to change everything in the bathroom to white? Cheaper to change bedding than anything else on the list of items for the bathroom.

If you’re keeping the counters & floor I’d paint the cabinets the floor grout color and the walls a lighter/whiter color. The wall & cabinet color are dating your bathroom to 2000. You can always layer a beautiful rug on top of the tile to blend your bedding decor.

Paint makes a big and inexpensive impact.
I recently painted my bathroom walls ,Revere Pewter BM ,then sanded and primed the cabinets with a paint made to prime cabinets. I painted the cabinets ,Gentlemen’s Gray BM , which is actually a rich blue. It turned out great! Completed the room with new lighting. Spent about $300.00 for a good refreshed bathroom. I was fortunate not to need a new countertop. You may think about framing the mirror or remove it and use a mirror over each sink.

michelle, you can paint the vanity, but keeping that old, dated countertop won't do much. plus, the sinks are so small for that long vanity. I'd get some under mount sinks and find a remnant piece of granite or quartz. (or a prefab)

But if you'd rather keep it, look into upgrading the faucets.

you can make a frame to go around that mirror for $20.

lights can be found at a good price at lowes, wayfair, home depot, etc.

paint cost would be less than hundred for walls and vanity.

Sounds pretty easy as you have a nice big bathroom for starters. Consider navy paint to vanity, new wall color (thinking a light ice blue or blue/grey, and new trim paint (thinking white). new vanity lights will be easy but depends on your style in general. I like a large plush warm rug - especially in such a roomy bath.
