I might worry the T-shaped pull will catch clothes coming and going. My husband's pockets and my bathrobe both get caught on knobs. Have you ever considered bin pulls? No catch point and you could go silver OR black. What is the direction for other accents in the area- light fixtures, passage door knobs....

You can see the light fixture to the right over the bar. Inside of the kitchen there are recessed lighting.

The door knobs are silver however there are no doors attached to the kitchen

I like it as is.
