Laundry Room Cleaning Tips Appliances

My washing machine doesn't recognize that the TwinDos cartridges are in the machine. The machine turns on fine. The upper panel that says Twindos, doesn't show the words White or Color. and when I push on Twindos, it says I Cont. 1 missing (the 1 is in a circle).

is there a way around this? (we tried turning the circuit breaker off for awhile). Also tried running cleaning program with care cartridge and that worked fine for that program, but same problem with Twindos.

Take the cartridges out with the machine off. Turn the machine on and wait until it boots up. Insert the 1st cartridge. The screen should prompt you about it. Respond to any prompts. Repeat for the 2nd cartridge. It should work after that.

The cartridges should click in place when fully inserted.
