My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Elegant stair. Could you provide some details please?

We are considering replacing our conventional straight stringer stair with something similar. I am also in calgary - who fabricated this for you? Stringer dimension? Wood / stain used? Any advice or special details?

    HI. This is an open riser clearcoated walnut stair, with stringers about 1 3/4" thick. Manufactured by Timbertech in Calgary. We installed this before drywall, and added the stringer caps afterwards. Check out the Elbow Park house on our web site for more images of a similar stair, but with white lacquered stringers.
