We recently purchased a home and the previous owners had a Bona mishap on the final clean. She used the Bona floor cleaner concentrate and forgot to dilute it. When we moved in the floors are now streaky, hazy, show a white film and all footprints. I have mopped with water and microfiber without success. Kind of scared to try things but am now desperate as they look awful. Please send your tips before I end up refinishing the floors. Thank you in advance. I can post a video if needed.
