It's no more difficult to keep clean than a stainless refrigerator or stove...
...but far simpler to keep clean than a stone or tile with grout as it's not going to absorb grease or stains - which is why it's used extensively in Restaurant kitchens.

Thanks, I love it too but can be a challenge to keep clean although 1/every few months is good enough with a stainless cleaner in the direction of the grain. Good luck!
