Google reviews for Arhaus. I decided not to use them based on the poor customer service.

I had an Arhaus sofa and it was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. It was a Taylor. I found a beautiful Vanguard sofa on Craigslist and had it reupholstered. The quality is at least 100x better.

I like our Coburn sofa. We got it because it comes in pieces, so it was easy to take downstairs to the finished basement. It works well for what we use it for - basically a place to stretch out and watch movies. Those cushions are nice and comfy. I probably wouldn't like it upstairs in a more formal space though. One big negative is that the bottom seat cushions are sewn in, so if you ever need to clean one you can't remove the cushion cover. You don't have to keep it with just one arm rest. You can buy different pieces and configure it however you like.

The most uncomfortable purchase I’ve ever made- no matter how I try to configure it. Tremendous buyers remorse! I’ve spent $100 on sofa feet to raise it up and an additional $200 on pillows to try and make it comfortable- not a good Aurhas offering

Purchased for our family room. The default fabric does not hold color and cannot be spot treated. The instructions say S-coded (dry clean only chemicals). I've tried multiple S-coded cleaners as well as water, and everything removes the finish. It's such a casual piece that it makes you feel like it can take a bit of everyday use. My experience has been the opposite. It is made in China and the only repair or cleaning suggestion Arhaus will make is to buy another sofa. That's literally what I was told.
