Some sort of white, pale gray, or bottle green look great with Fantasy Brown. Bring home some samples and see what you like in your space.

I haven’t painted my cabinet boxes yet and haven’t received my replacement doors so a picture won’t help. :-(. Gosh, I don’t know about budget for backsplash. I guess I am flexible.

Waterworks makes a lovely dove gray crackle subway tile. I am 99% done in a total kitchen remodel and put in the ice water crackle tile. I love fantasy brown stone and paired it with alabaster cabs. It definitly looks almost marbley to me. I would find some very pale gray subway samples and see how they play in your light.

@kgviola sure! I should have been clear I used the fantasy brown in my bathrooms. I'm not done yet in the kitchen, still have hardware to go. The backsplash I used was the waterworks ice water crackle. The color is pale pale blue. I had black pearl granite in the kitchen. In the bathrooms, I had fantasy brown with alabaster cabs but no backsplash.

a lot depends on your stone. some have more gray, some more blue. it's always best to wait until the other two are done so you can see how the colors look in your space.

normally any of the blue/gray, grays, soft blues, whites and creams all work.

Look at Tilebar Cadenza line. they have a blue/gray.

So does Winchester Tiles. called Tundra.

oh, one more thing, Fantasy Brown is a marble, not a quartzite, so use caution w/it.
