My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I do not think they make black- their dark bronze looks black in person. If they do make black then yes I would have selected black.

    Beautiful design! Was this located in Illinois? Does the radiant heat in the floors keep the room warm? I am located in NC and if the heated floors work in Illinois then they will work wonderfully for my project.
