We are building a house and have decided that we want to locate our grill under the roof of our porch. The contractor says we can easily build a vent-a-hood, but will need an insert to go in it. I'm wondering what tips you have for me. I don't need anything super fancy, but want it to get the smoke out and have sufficient lighting.
