We are in the very early stages of planning a bathroom remodel/expansion. We will take down the wall between what was the laundry room and the existing bathroom. Since we will be giving up storage I will need a closet for storing items not used on regular a basis. Also, need a tub and separate toilet area for privacy for kiddos and company that stays regularly. One drawing is current floor plan with dimensions and other is what I came up with for remodel. Having two windows has been a challenge for me with placement. We can take in some of the area that leads to the two current rooms and just have one door. We will gut and have a blank space. I’m fine with a closet in bathroom like I have in the drawing or closet on its own. Any ideas on changes would be greatly appreciated!
