You get a colir from the wall paper for the tile but honestly you already have a backsplash on the sink so maybe post a picture of the whole space . I wonder whay you chose that wall paper with white fixtures.

I'd choose a white tile that works up against your white tub, and look for another wallpaper that has at least some white in it.

What about grout color between subway tiles- white or mid gray? My floor will be slate color hex tile.

I would just caution from previous experience matching a white tub that its not as easy as it sounds. Definitely bring home several white tiles as the tones will all be slightly different in order to get a great match. A light grey grout would be more subtle and allow your wallpaper center stage. I would stick with white trim for consistency. Love that wallpaper!
