Go shopping. Virtually and local stone and quartz shops. There must be a billion images online. What are the rest of the furnishings and their flavor.

A Counter top is ONE piece of many. many many elements. At least post some inspo pics, and the cabinet and flooring material......AND the kitchen layout

With white cabinets and wood-look flooring, your choices are limitless. If you want a contrast, go wtih Jet Mist granite. Or for a subtle look, use pure white quartz. The caveat with using pure white is that the white must work with the white of your cabinets. And any color in between-gray, tan, green, etc.

    Jet Mist granite:

You could also use Glassos Nano glass, as is shown here:

If you're going for a contemporary look, I suggest using a highly polished finished and minimal pattern.

it is so important that your lighting be factored in. Floor in greige or taupe wood look , would be cool tones but not necessarily....floor could recede but not if the striations are prominent. So it just depends. But generally...white cabs with the floor description means : figure out if you have warm or cool to go forward w picking the tone. There will be many either way...but that is the initial thing to figure out.

IMO lighting first in LED 4000K then go look at polished granite slabs until you find one that might work with the floors .We need at least some pictures of the choices already made.

Have no pictures Right now. Cabinets have not been installed- white shaker——floor is being done this week. Thought the floor was more gray but to me looks taupe. It has a high variation

used VEVO Durato flooring in Big Easy.

Wanted to go more gray and whites but i don’t know if that works with floors.

was looking at Taj Mahal quartzite and River Blue which was a Dolomite. Now I’m open to some quartz because they seem less busy. HELP! Thanks

No one can help you if you don't post some images. Get samples and put them all together to see how they look.

I'm a big advocate of finding something in your budget that you love. If you love it, you'll take good care of it. Nothing is bulletproof. If you fall in love with more than one then the designers on here can help you. Post some pictures of what you love.
