A pastel sunset orange I saw at the nursery. So pretty. I had to have it. Will see how it performs this year.

Sherry, Night Moves has beautiful color! And yes, our Northwind Dancer's scapes tend to lean. We love it though.

Maryl, No Way Jose is lovely. Bob would like that one. He just bought a new orange double from Gossard. We have grown New Tangerine Twist for years and love it. We have gotten a lot of nice seedlings from it, maybe even an introduction or two in the future.

Kay, I love No Boys Allowed. I love the form, color and the watermark. Your New Paradigm has wonderful color. The eye on ours was always washed out (a trait I don't like) so we got rid of it.

Naughty by Nature is our newest from Richard Norris. It has been rather slow to start, probably because it was planted in July when it was very hot.

New Flame is one I picked out for 5 bucks. It always seems to be rather splotchy and we have better ones that are a similar color so it will leave the garden this season.

Now and Zen is one that got overlooked (in a bed that was overgrown with weeds. It's a small flower and I can't decide if I should keep it or let it go.

Now or Never is a DeVito daylily that has done well for us. We like the color on this one.

Kay, I’m glad you posted Neon Flamingo, I added it last fall and hope I see a few blooms on mine this coming season, such a great color.

Maryl, I love No Way Jose, it will go on my list. I’ve been adding a few doubles to the garden for some bloom contrast.

Sherry - Some years I have to stake Northwind Dancer, especially if we've had strong thunderstorms. But I love the lovely late blooms so much, I don't mind staking the tall scapes.

Night Moves has the look I always go for. New Tangerine Twist has a great color, really liking that. Neon Flamingo and No Boys Allowed are 2 that are coming to my garden this spring, unless something falls thru. Keeping my fingers crossed. Now or Never has an unusual color calling my name.

Nancy, I like both Naughty by Nature and Now or Never. Debra, I don't remember seeing NO Man's Land but I really like it. Of course, your NO Boys Allowed clump is gorgeous.

Kay, how has your Navajo Pony been? New Paradigm was not good here--same as Hoosier Nan's experience. It did multiply though. I see that a lot of people have hybridized with it, including Korth. I did add No Boys Allowed, but Debra has warned that the bud count is not great. New Tangerine Twist is a pleasing blend and has a few teeth I see.

Nelson Mandela --has been a bit slow

Navajo Princess --not a large flower

Natalie Anotinette --a Stamile that survives, but limited bud count

Native Reflection --beautiful eye. Like most in its color range, not fond of mid-day sun.

Night Wings --still one of the darkest

Neon Flamingo --as many have noted, the bud count leaves much to be desired.

Natty Man --still a young plant

Navajo Pony --reblooms. Stems may be weak.

Navajo Pony: Love the bloom. The scapes were not very strong the first couple of years, but it now holds the blooms without any leaning.

New Covenant: It is this saturated.

Mantis, I have had Navajo Pony for two years. Here, It increased very nicely. Here, it also reblooms and in fact last year I had two occasions where it rebloomed, but no clumps in the rebloom. As for the weak stems, the first year that seemed to be a problem, but then last year the stems were quite strong and no leaning. weak, leaning stems are a trait I really don't like why is the otherwise lovely Northwind Dancer left my garden.

Navajo Pony has been here about 4 years, it leaned badly the 1st year. I got leaning this year after an extremely heavy wind, and on rebloom when several blooms opened on a scape the same day. Generally, it is not bad. This year out of 5 fans, all of which bloomed, 3 rebloomed. I have shared it twice, so it multiplies decently. Had to add my 2 cents.

Mantis - Nelson Mandela has very attractive blooms.

David - I love the colors on New Covenant and Night Shift.

Mantis: I've always liked the pattern on Navajo Pony. Good information about the possibility of weak scapes. Not a fan of staking if I can help it......Debra: Nordic Soul is a pretty purple. I like the white edge.....Nan: Look forward to seeing your double orange from Gossard. I am picky about how the centers look on doubles. The perfect double to me should look like a carnation - evenly spaced center petals. One of the best I grew for consistent centers was Dutch Yellow Truffle. You know how much I liked your Krakatoa Katie...........David: I like your description of "shocking orange". Will check it out. New Covenant looks great too...............Maryl

David, I like that bright orange on Neon flame; I don't think I have seen it before; New Covenant is also quite pretty. Mantis, I like Nelson Mandela, but Navajo Warrior is really pretty. does it increase well? are you pleased with it?

Kay, Navajo Warrior does increase, but I would prefer it to be a slightly larger bloom. It blooms later, not early midseason as registered. Wish it were early midseason. In researching Northern Fancy, I discovered that Debra was disgusted with splotchiness. One of the parents is Magic Amethyst, which was splotchy with me.

Northern Fancy was splotchy the first two years I had it, but it was not splotchy last year. I have Magic Amethyst and the first few blooms tend to be splotchy, but for the most part it is free of splotchiness.

My Internet has been down for a week . Service guy finally showed up and I am up and running again after they replaced the radio , wire and modem ! Talk about a complete failure of equipment !

So now I will try to catch up . I still havent got all my images labelled so will post what few I do have labelled . One of my fav's has got to be Navajo Princess. Beautiful clear colors on this daylily .....no muddying of colors at all.

Nutmeg Elf just starting to bloom . It seems I didnt get back to photographing this plant later as more blooms opened. Not sure why .
