Are you going to be able to watch tv comfortably if it's over the fireplace? It might be a bit high.

The tv would be too high over the fireplace. Put a console cabinet where the small white cabinet is and hang the tv just above the console, more at eye-level to a seated adult. Add art on the bare walls and a large area rug to anchor your furniture arrangement.

I would try moving the tv to the wall opposite of fireplace. Where couch is now. Have couch and loveseat face each other from opposite sides of the fireplace.

Hmm , those televisiones in the living room , too bad you dont have an other room . Such a lovely space to sit and enjoy a great room , wonderful Windows ...a fireplace , room for paintings , bookshelves , or a bar . But I agree with moving the tv , if you have to watch in this room , to the opposite side of the fireplace , face the sofas . .. And move the chairs in whatever direction you want when You have more than a few friends over to watch tv . It's your best option for this room ... Unless you don't mind watching with craning your neck a bit while it sits over the fireplace ... Try different scenarios and see what suits your needs best !

Current tv location is too high on the wall and the console below it is not wide enough. Either lower tv, or move to wll opposit the fireplace, again, lower. I either case new console.

Perhaps try placing the couch facing the TV, floating it in the room. Then flank the sides of the TV with both chairs and put the loveseat on the wall where the couch currently is.
