I hold dishes with my left hand and scrape out any bits with a fork/knife in my right hand, so it would be easier to do that with a drain in the right rear. I would do prep between the corner and the T-Rex, so the right rear drain would work for that too.

But it doesn't matter how I work in my kitchen ...

How do you work in your kitchen? Make choices based on that.

Chispa- I clean our dishes the exact same way. And the switch for the garbage disposal is on the right side of the sink, so I think it makes more sense to have the disposal on that side. That way I don’t have to reach across to flip the switch and two people can more easily work in the kitchen since the disposal will be on the prep side.

I would like to add an instant hot water dispenser as well. Where would you recommend placing that faucet? Maybe on the left side? I don’t want a cluttered look so I’m planning for just a single hole faucet and the instant hot water to be cut into the countertop.
