Would someone please share any sites, etc. that have schematics similar to this, or maybe also include paint colors, for kitchens? TIA!

You create that with your camera as you make selections. What is YOUR floor, What are YOUR cabinetry selections. etc

Where is YOUR kitchen layout, and plan? Kitchen are appliance driven. They must first function for the way you coo and entertain, and your budget. They need lighting, storage . Then comes the harmony of selections. Sounds to me, like you may be a bit lost.

Ditto BTW what you show is a mess .

Haha! That's funny PCC because that was taken directly from a kitchen designer's blog!!

He has several examples showing combos with light vs. dark cabinets, etc. and the reasons for selecting contrasting vs. not, etc.
Other designers have similar pairings that they've put together.

I cannot imagine how some of you PROs might behave with your own clients.

How about answering the poster's question first, then interject what would be the better option, solution, etc. without being snarky?!!

I've seen so many helpful Pros here, but there's probably 10x as many who just come across as @$$#$!

@Jan, btw this is an existing kitchen where cabs and appliances are not being replaced, nor the layout. So you pointed out the obvious, because you ASSUMED those things had not been considered.

Goes back to maybe offer an answer to the actual question - or maybe don't bother to respond on a post at all? At least you weren't as snarky. Thanks.

Sometimes it's just better to keep on scrolling...

    Hi W,
To answer your question I went to Pinterest and searched “kitchen deign mood boards.”( I will post the sample pictures below.)
Take a look at Houzz’s professional kitchen design sites listed in your area. I hope you will find a local firm to work with and support.
    Good luck, W.

This forum is an excellent resource for amateur(like me) and professionals alike. We support and unfortunately, at times, offend one another with our advice and observations. Different communication styles abound however the message is clear; we are here to assist, give direction and most importantly, to discuss design issues and details. Discussion is key; you decide what works for you.
    All the best, W.
    Cheers,
    Suzanne

Well, you asked a question. If ANY client / potential asked the same? I'd say I need to see YOUR kitchen." What is your /our plan gong to be? Refresh, remodel, gut, partial gut..what? What do you love about what you have, and what do you hate? what do you wish you had?"

If you want to bash PRO'S, any of us? Fine! Give little information , behind the question, and we are left to assume and fill in the blanks. There are a billion images of lovely kitchens online. You have Google? Use it.

Designers make mood boards as they design, or from a concept they are looking to develop - that concept in consideration of the client, her home, her budget, her tastes, .....and what is POSSIBLE within all these factors.

If you want the Amazon Prime answer? You won't get it from me and my thirty years of experience.

Have a nice day : ). The advice and answer was FREE. Scroll on, scroll on.

    YOUR WORDS............

Haha! That's funny PCC because that was taken directly from a kitchen designer's blog!!

Other designers have similar pairings that they've put together.

    Case in point?

I explained the scenario you posted.

designers have similar pairings that they've put together........FOR clients, all based on above and all information. They don't sit around making mood boards for the heck of it. BLOGGING .. is a source of revenue - also not done for the heck of it.

Thank you, Jan. I actually didn't have a problem with your original reply. My comment was more directed at PCC. I totally get what you're saying. I can appreciate a pros expertise and time. I just think some (not necessarily YOU) could do better with the delivery!
