I am planning on turning this room in my basement into a tv watching room. Right now the room has a bar which is way out of date. The bottom of the bar is made from an old ice box and the top has a weird shape shape that reminds me of half a dog bone. I probably can't afford to remove the bar because to do so I would have to replace the carpeting (they carpeted around the bar not under it) The wall next to the bar is also hideous. The wall is cinderblocks that have been covered in rock and pebbles. Does anyone have some suggestions on how to spruce up this space without breaking the bank.
