Warped flooring and squeaking

Right after Hurricane Laura hit we began to notice these cracks on our ceiling of our 2005 manufactured home. Also in our kitchen we had like the corner of plywood under our vinyl covering come up alittle and when you walked on it, it would squeak. Insurance company said it needed to be leveled, that hurricane had knocked it off level. We were put on a waiting list for awhile. While we waiting more and more spots kept popping up some raised and some feel like the getting low. Well we finally got it level and even after that, we still having it continue. No moisture in the home we can tell. We have a little monitor and right now its sitting at 37 percent humidity and its raining outside. Floor is not wet on the inside and we hired plumbers and contractors to check for a problem and to see if there was a leak under the house to see if insulation was wet and they all said no. We just can't seem to figure out what it is and it just keeps getting worse. We did not have the problem with the floor until this last 6 or so months and the only thing we did in the last year was remove the vinyl skirting and put vinyl lattice around the home. Could the lattice be causing the floor to warp and come loose off the joist? We live in Louisiana and I live close to a swampy area so the ground does stay wet alot around the home. If it is not the lattice then no one knows what it is and I am afraid I'm going to end up have to replace my entire floor.
