That is a really interesting layout of windows?! The only thing that comes to mind is to paint that exterior wall the same colour as the window frames to reduce the contrast and downplay the layout. Is it a paint able surface? I would also have two big planters on either side of the door to hide the fact that the windows are raised.

Add wood molding above and below the skinny side windows to make full length from floor to ceiling. It looks like the triangular top window already has molding, so match that in thickness. Then paint the door, window trim and molding the same color. Add a much wider door mat and remove the wall art, cart, yellow vase or fire extinguisher, and whatever the small white thing on the window.

I would paint out everything except the door itself the stucco color.

I agree that the gray is short term. Love the idea of planters. So innovative and smart! Maybe a hanging light will help the big window.
