Cool! Our little fruit orchard gets pollinated by a couple of nearby beekeeper hives each Spring. You'll have a lot of fruit thinning ahead ;o)

I remember the neighborhood street trees would bloom and each tree would be full of bees. The sound of them was always remarkable. There was a big hive in the old abandoned Sunkist packing house by the train track. They finally tore that down and built houses there. Im happy to hear about your bees.

Good to know you are seeing so many bees, Nick. I hope you have a good crop of nectarines.

I have seen more bees in my So Calif garden this year. They are liking the Mexican heather and some blooming succulents. However, they are ignoring the blooming lantana. Maybe the flowers are too old to be of interest.

That's wonderful -- always happy to hear reports of robust bee populations.
