You know, this rose looks a bit like Eliane Gillet -- a Guillot rose. Usually it is more white, but if you look through pictures of this rose on Help Me Find you will see that sometimes it blushes:

Oh no! I guess with Brexit you can't order from Guillot directly anymore... Hopefully they will sort things out so that folks in the UK and the EU can buy roses from each other. :(

If your parents want to put potted roses outside their door and they like the white flowers with pink buds of Eliane Gillet (but without the blushing pink -- unfortunately) they might look at Little White Pet, which blooms a lot and would do OK in a pot. The blooms are going to be smaller than the Guillot rose, but they will be abundant.
