Layout for multi-purpose space?

Renovating a beautiful old barn into a family home. The useable space in the current "loft", or upstairs area, is 35' width by 23' depth with the stairway landing space falling about 18-20' in from the left side. This could be moved slightly if necessary.
What we would like to have in this space:
1- movie room: space for our sectional (16' X 12' ; 12' end is a chaise that extends out 5 1/2' and is on the right side) and our 6' long by 2' deep (8' tall) armoire which houses the tv, DVD player, etc. The ceilings will be plenty high to house large/tall pieces. =)
2- space for our pool table
3- a small half bath
4- a small kitchenette area with a few cabinets, a small sink, mini fridge and microwave and/or popcorn machine.
5- a separate space (8' X 10' or 8' X 12' or larger if space allows) for my daughter's dance room. This will have a floating floor. The only things needed in this space would be a mirror, a barre and a stereo system. It does need to be walled off from the movie/pool table/kitchenette area(s).
Would like to keep the space as open as possible too! Thanks for any thoughts, help, suggestions!

I am trying to come up with some roughly sketched options that I can play with, tweak, etc. this area is really a "blank canvas" at the moment! I'm attaching my sketch of the space. This is what I'm using to sketch out some options before drawing out more detailed, true plans. I'm also attaching a sketch and measurements of the sectional. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions appreciated! =)
As we are working on finishing up the house plans, I am quite sure I will be putting up first floor plans soon to get thoughts, ideas, suggestions on those as well! We've done TONS of remodels, but this is my first build......such an overwhelming task!
