HELP!!
We are building a new home and we want to put stairs down to the lower area.
We can only access basement from back half of house (kitchen and living area side) because of
foundation depth.
Where would you install the stairs??
My contractor wants to use a spiral staircase by the fireplace and I think it’s a horrible idea.
