I want to hang draperies panels for the master bedroom. I will hang the panel at ceiling height for the large window, but unsure where to hang for the 2 small windows by the headboard. There Is an overhang that drops down to 96" height and jugs out 15" from the wall.

Should I hang all the draperies at ceiling height at 108" for uniformity? The panels by the bed will be 15" away from the wall. Or should I hang the panels at the lower ceiling height by the bed, and the panels by the large window at 108" height.
