TV/Fireplace placement in new build

Happy for pros/cons and ideas for a new home design, as I need to select wiring and fireplace options. This is not a custom home, so I cannot change the floor plan. I have a choice of two options for where the fireplace could go. And although I originally liked it along the long wall in the great room, if I do that, I'm not sure where to put the TV. I don't generally like the TV above the fireplace (though I'm warming to the idea given I'm at a loss for where else to put it). If I put the TV to the left of the fireplace, then it seems awkward and asymmetric. So I'm wondering if I should move the fireplace to the windowed wall. It's in a neighborhood with very small lots, so the view out the windows will be the house behind me.

Fireplace will be modern/clean, Cosmo fireplace with just drywall (no surround or mantle). Minimalist/Scandinavian style decor with just a sectional, chair, and rug (no other furniture in that room or along the walls). I had thought of getting a Mirror TV and putting it above the fireplace, but without a mantle that may not really improve anything. I would love design ideas for how to place the TV and fireplace on the same wall, or guidance as to whether I should just move the fireplace to the windowed wall. (Floorplan image attached, I hope)

The image didn't attach. Mounting a TV above a fireplace works depending on distance to couch (which is ideally 12 to 15 feet depending on size of screen and height of the TV is mount. The general rule is 14 feet. But with the floor plans and fireplace images you are choosing from, we can help more.

Recently built a similar layout. Fireplace is on the master wall with custom cabinetry adjacent. Fireplace is wired for TV or TV can be placed on cabinetry. (We currently have a Samsung Frame on fireplace.) Our backyard is wooded, so we placed a slider on the exterior wall to enjoy the view. With that said, the previous home we lived in had the fireplace on the exterior wall with adjacent windows; then we had cabinetry built for the TV on the master wall. Finally, the home before that had the fireplace and TV and on the exterior wall with flanked windows. TV and fireplace on exterior wall was my least favorite. I prefer TV on cabinetry vs above fireplace (we have this setup in our lower level), for TV watching purposes. I would recommend wiring fireplace for TV wherever it’s placed. If you like the view of your backyard, place fireplace and TV on master wall. If your yard backs to another house, place fireplace on exterior wall then have cabinetry built for master wall.

Thank you Jesse Fay. I just uploaded the floor plan again, by itself this time just in case that is why it didn't work before.

Yes! I love it! The builder only had two choices though, one traditional and one modern. So I didn’t research anything.
