The room isn't very big, so I'd probably get rid of the ceiling fixture in the living room area entirely and just have the floor lamp and maybe add a table lamp there. Or maybe a wall-mounted fixture between the corner hutch and the window.

I would just use a chandelier over the table and put recessed lighting in your other space, or as suggested above use a floor lamp and table lamp in the other part of the room.
