How do you feel about green?

Not sure if I’m that daring. What color? I’m open for any suggestions.

Miss Kylie, from Kylie M Interiors, recommended a shade of beige that I was already considering (Benjamin Moore "Kangaroo"), and so I bookmarked her recommended greens. Here's the link.

Get a few sample pots and give it a shot! :-) Assuming that you have access to Benjamin Moore paints. :-D

The walls look fine. You just need a few pieces of great - large - artwork. And more lamps.

Ok , thanks I’ll take a look. I feel I need some dimension. Thanks. Paint colors are the hardest

I would like a color on the walls, but, in truth, it isnt really necessary, unless you really need to paint. Get some colorful artwork, get more colorful pillows on the couch. Use some colorful accessories. All this will give you some interest in a very much all one color room. I would have preferred a rug with some color too, but, since you just bought a new one, you probably have to work with it.

What color would you recommend? Would you go with a white or use something darker?

I wouldnt go darker. The paint you have is fine. Just get some color in there. Since you have already bought the rug, I wont suggest you change it. However, maybe get a bit smaller one to put on top of it, that actually has some colors in it and layer it.. The main problem with your room, is, it is all the same colors, and a bit boring. Pick some brighter colors that you personally like and do some accessorizing. If you layer another rug with color in it on top, you can pick a color from that rug for accessories.

Ok, maybe I should return the carpet than ,since a spent a fortune on it from pottery barn.

Different view of carpet.

Work the great plaid chair. Leave the walls as they are.
