The decorative moldings (wood? plaster? synthetic?) to the doors may be duplicated by a making a mold (or using a 3-d printer) if you want to spend some time finding someone with the equipment to do it. Then you'd need a cabinetmaker to make the door. Alternatively, you could have a cabinetmaker make some drawers that could have decorative moldings added.
